In these terms, “we” means ZACIR THE SAVE, which sells under the Destock Beauté brand, and “you” means the person placing an order on the Destock Beauté website.

These terms

These terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed on the Destock Beauté website. They are available at the bottom of every page of the website. By placing an order, you accept them.

Our products

We sell new beauty products from several brands, including Medicube, each under its own name. The features of each product (size, key ingredients, how to use it) are described on its page, with its photos.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. These are clearance prices, while stocks last: the crossed-out price is the set’s usual price (for a set we put together, the value of the products it contains) and our price is shown next to it.

Delivery in 48 hours by DHL Express is free. The total of your order, including delivery, is shown before payment: nothing is added afterwards.

Orders

You choose your products. Then, on the checkout page, you enter your email address, your delivery address in mainland France and your phone number. You check the summary (items, prices, delivery, total) before paying.

Your order is confirmed as soon as your payment is accepted: you then receive a confirmation email with its summary.

Payment

You pay when you place your order, by card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Payment is secure and processed by our payment provider: we never see or store your card numbers.

Delivery

We deliver to mainland France only, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery is free, in 48 hours, by DHL Express.

Orders placed before 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, are shipped the same day from Lyon, France. The expected delivery date is shown before you order. Your phone number lets the carrier contact you. More details: Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

You have 90 days after delivery to try your product. If you are not happy with it, write to us at bonjour@destockbeaute.fr: the return is free and you get a full refund (satisfied or your money back). The refund is made to the payment method used for the order. More details: Refund Policy.
